Ekiti 2018: APC Chief Tasks Members on Unity, Says PDP Era Is Gone For Good

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and founder of PAT Royal foundation, Prince Tayo Adebiyi has charged members of the party in Ekiti to come together and form a common front against the incumbent governor, Ayodele Fayose and his party PDP in the state.

He stated this while addressing newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital on Tuesday.

 

Adebiyi who urged all stakeholders within the party to see themselves as one family with common goals, objectives and focus, said “we must all unite to deliver people of Ekiti from Fayose’s obscurity and enthrone APC government for the good of the state”

 

He maintained that the common enemy of APC is Fayose, PDP and not the same party members, charging them to shelves all forms of internal wrangling, hates campaign and blackmailing.

Speaking further, Adebiyi maintain that the primaries election will only produced one candidate out of the many aspirants presently eying the top seat.

 

He stated that having many aspirants on the ballot of the party’s primaries is a good omen for the party and sign that All Progressives Congress is the new bride of Ekiti politics.

He however beckon on party members to jealously guide the apparent opportunity to win the forthcoming gubernatorial election with a wide margin.

 

“We should not allow unnecessary internal bickering jeopardise and make our work difficult during the gubernatorial election in June next year.

While praising the effort of party leadership at ensuring peaceful coexistence among party members, he assured his teaming followers of his readiness to take the state to greater height.
