The Senate passed the resolution after debating a motion regarding the brutal killing of the priest made on the Senate floor during a plenary session by Senator Sani Musa (APC – Niger East).

The Minna Diocese Bishop’s family received condolences from the Senate as well.

Achi served as the priest in charge of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kafin Koro, and the Kafin Koro Deanery of the Minna Diocese of Niger State until his horrifying death.
