VIDEO: Adelami Sworn-In As Ondo Deputy Gov
Dr. Olaide Adelami, has been sworn-in as the Ondo State Deputy Governor.
Adelami, a former Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly was sworn in by the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Olusegun Odusola.
The ceremony was held at the International Culture and Event Centre, Akure on Thursday.
Osun Defender reports that Adelami was last week Tuesday picked by the state governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the deputy governor after which his name was sent to the state House of Assembly for screening and ratification.
Adelami was a former governorship aspirant of the All Progressive Congress in 2020.
Adelami, from the Owo area of the state, retired from the National Assembly in April 2018.
