The Osun State University Ikire Campus Pioneer Alumni Association (UIPAA) has given a cash prize of fifty-thousand naira to two best graduating students of the campus for the 2022/2023 academic session.
This cash prize was given to the students at the alumni association reunion party tagged UIPAA HOMECOMING 2023′ which took place on the Ikire campus of the University.

At the event, the provost of the college, Professor Rotimi Fasan, highlighted what the university and the Vice chancellor has been able to accomplish.
In his speech, he stated how the university has been developing in terms of infrastructural development and the increasing population of students in the university.
He appreciated the pioneer students of the campus for not forgetting where they had their undergraduate degrees, adding that he was happy to see their faces again.
The provost appreciated the kind gesture from the pioneer alumni association for giving the outstanding students cash prize.
Speaking earlier, President of the UIPAA, Mr. Oyekunle Ayodele while appreciating everyone present at the programme, added that the reunion party is aimed at bringing everyone back and giving an advantage of connection for the alumni.
At the programme, cash prizes was awarded to the best graduating students of the campus for the 2022/2023 academic session. The two students, Adejumo Aisha and Akinila Julious were given a cheque of N50,000 each.
