Following the demise of one of their colleagues during the clash between mobile policemen and thugs in Ile Ife on Friday, those with eagles eyes have observed that the thugs would revenge the death of one of them.
Reports available to our correspondent on Saturday have it that the thugs have been regrouping themselves from Orita fogo area, Ojoyin to Iremo with several harmful weapons.
Sources said the thugs are regrouping to forcefully launch a revenge attack to the mopol officials.
A motorcylist who craved anonymity noted that one of the thugs was also killed yesterday at Ompetu area by the mopol.
While the exact date to launch the attack is yet to be known, fear has gripped residents of Ile Ife, as many stayed home which paralyzed business activities.
