Rep Akinremi Jagaban Assures Nigerians of Responsible Leadership Under Tinubu

– Commends CoS, Appointees for Commitment To Nation Building

The member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Olaide Akinremi, popularly known as Jagaban, has assured Nigerians of the commitment of the Bola Tinubu administration in responding to their yearnings and aspirations for a better country.

The federal lawmaker also commended the Chief of Staff to the President, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila and other appointees for providing the needed assistance to the President in the last month of assumption of office.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja on Friday, Hon. Akinremi said the nation’s leader has, through his decisions on subsidy removal, re-invigoration of the country’s security architecture, and other reforms justified the myriads of people-centred programs contained in the Renewed Hope Agenda, of the APC.

The House of Reps member noted, “There is no doubt that President Tinubu has started well. The whole world is aware that there is a new sheriff in town. Decisions made so far with regard to the economy are pointers to the fact that we are indeed in the renewed hope era.

“Asiwaju Tinubu’s open-door policy is clear to all. This direction will make the leadership accessible to Nigerians and our partners worldwide. He has shown courage and the political will to unite the country.

“That in itself mirrors what to expect in the months to come. The first month is a launch to what to see in the next 48 months. Let us continue to support our President and his team. By the grace of God, we in the National Assembly are there to back him fully. We will not let you down.”

The lawmaker said in the statement that efforts are on to consolidate his achievements in the House of Representatives, pledging timely and up-to-date engagement with constituents to keep them abreast of developments from the federal level.

“I promise to do more concerning the facilitation of human capital development projects to Ibadan North, assistance and empowerment of constituents, and all-around support to aid the growth of the people.”
