Osun NSCDC Spokesperson, 745 Other Promoted Officers Decorated

The spokesperson of the Osun State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), ASC Adeleke Kehinde, alongside 745 newly promoted
officers were on Friday, decorated at the command headquarters, Osogbo.

The list includes; six Deputy Commandants of Corps, thirty-three (33) Assistant Commandants of Corps, thirty Six (36) Chief Superintendents of Corps and one hundred and twenty (120) Superintendents of Corps.

Others are, one hundred and twenty-seven (127) Deputy Superintendents of Corps, two hundred and ninety-five (295) Assistant Superintendents of Corps (I) and one hundred and twenty-nine (129) Assistant Superintendent of Corps (II).

The State Commandant, Agboola Sunday while decorating the officers, described the promotion as an award of excellence, dedication, hard work, loyalty and discipline.

Agboola admonished the newly promoted officers to see their promotion as another step in their bright careers.

Agboola also lauded the Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo and the Commandant General, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni, OFR for approving the promotion of the officers.

He urged the newly promoted officers to justify the promotion, adding that they must imbibe selflessness in the discharge of their duties.

He advised beneficiaries to increase their efforts in combating crimes and to the state safer for the general public

In his goodwill message, Air Vice Marshal A. I Amodu of the Nigerian Air Force Research and Development Centre, Osogbo, charged the officers to be more dedicated and committed as their performance on the promotion would attract further promotion.

‘’The new rank comes with certain obligations, I urge you to be prepared,’’ he said.

Speaking on behalf of the newly decorated officers, Deputy Commandant of Corps, Keshinro Olukemi appreciated the Commandant General for finding the beneficiaries worthy of the promotion.
