The State of Osun Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC) has commended Minister of Interior Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for donating Ambulance to the command.
OSUN DEFENDER gathered that Osun NSCDC command recently unveiled a new ambulance and one Land Cruiser (buffalo) given to it by the Federal government through the ministry of interior.
Speaking on the ambulance, the State Commandant Sunday Agboola, appreciated the Federal government, the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and Commandant General Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni. for the kind gesture.
He said, the ambulance would assist the command in its service to the people of the state.
According to him, “I want to acknowledge the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and the Commandant General Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni.for deeming it fit to provide this facility for Osun State Command and to all other states in Nigeria.
” NSCDC is known for attending to disaster management and crisis management, the provision of these would aid in performing very well in that regards”, he stated.
Similarly he commended the association of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Osun State branch under the able leadership of Prof. Moses Akanmu for donating first aid drugs for the command.
Osun NSCDC Boss said, “I appreciate the gesture in providing what we need to make the ambulance remain functional to the generality of Osun people.
