For allegedly killing a man, a 29-year-old suspect, Olatunji Feyisola has been remanded in Ilesa prison
According to the charge sheet, the suspect committed felony to wit: Murder, an offence contrary to and punishable under section 324 of the criminal code cap 34 vol 11 laws of Osun State Nigeria 2002.
It disclose that the suspect unlawfully killed one Olusegun Oluwalogbon AKA Badoo by firing him with gun which led to his death.
It said the suspect engaged himself in unlawful society as member of Aiye confraternity secret cult and armed himself with Axes and other dangerous weapons an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 64 (a)(b) of Osun State Criminal Code.
The charge sheet added that the suspect committed the alleged offence on December 2, 2018 at Ogo-Oluwa Area Osogbo
The suspect plea was not taken due to the nature of the offence.
The presiding Magistrate, Mr. O A Ayilara remanded the suspect in Ilesa prison and later adjourned the case to July 31, 2019 for mention.
