Ido-Osun Youths Decry Report On Monarch’s Evasion From Palace
Ido-Osun Youth President, Prince Comrade Abass Adeyeye, has debunked the publication by some bloggers recently against Oba Aderemi Adedapo, the Alayemore of Ido-Osun Kingdom, describing it as fake, fallacious and figment of the writers’ imagination.
In a statement signed and issued by Prince Adeyeye, he said such publication can only emanate from agents of doom and discord.
The statement reads in part:
“Our attention have been drawn to a fallacious falsehood publication credited to some bloggers against our revered monarch, His Majesty Oba Aderemi Adedapo, the Alayemore of Ido-Osun Kingdom, the public is hereby advised to disregard such devilish post that has its heading as “Monarch flee Palace as Subjects protest alleged mysterious Death”. We, the Ido-Osun Youths, condemn such publication and believe can only emanate from agents of doom and discord, it’s only a way to display their callousness and desire to throw Ido-Osun into CONFUSION and CHAOS.
“For the purpose of clarity, there was no time the indegene or residents of Ido-Osun protested or alleged anyone or the Alayemore of Ido-Osun Kingdom or the chiefs of any form of mysterious death in the town as falsely reported, no group or set of people from the town was ever seen with leaves on any occasion towards the Palace at any time.
“The false news media in connivance with some anti-development agents in the town must have mistaken or hypocritically turned the town hall meeting of the youth, chiefs and Elders of the town that was held in the town hall on Friday 26th May, 2023 into their mischievous card of media Blackmail of our Kingdom and by extension our beloved Monarch, His Majesty Oba Aderemi Adedapo, the Alayemore of Ido-Osun Kingdom who still had a warm reception and developmental discuss at the Alayemore Palace with the chiefs, Youths and all stakeholders on 2nd June, 2023.”
“The entire town and indegene have always express their show of love and goodwill to the king and no one has ever raised any form of concern of ‘mysterious death’ in the town because such does not and by God’s grace will never exist in our Kingdom.
“It should be noted that the king is hale and hearty and has never at any point in time had a reason of fleeing the palace, His Majesty the Alayemore Of Ido-Osun is enjoying his uninterrupted royal Oasis as no indegene or group have had any reason to raise any concern. The king have never been autocratic in his reign in any form as falsely claimed but the bloggers and their devilish minded sponsors have only displayed to the world how low in thoughts they can be and how far from the happenings of the kingdom as well as how decisions are made in the palace.
“It is important to let the world know that Alayemore Palace runs an open door organogram that has the King as the Head of all deliberation and as well Baba kekere, the chiefs , The House of Princehood, the Descendant Union and the Youth Forum. These level of organogram deliberate on matters and decisions are made, so how can this be autocratic?
“On development, for sincere minded people who understand development, we can testify that the king has opened up Ido-Osun to the world from repositioning the Alayemore stool to physical and human capital development and he’s still doing more. Prior to his enthronement, areas like Aga, Gbotaru, Aduramigba, Kuse, Onibueja, Oke-Osun, Oke Sapo surulere, Ibikunle and many more were in thick bush but today we all can be proud of the modern day Ido-Osun”.
“The sawmill, Aje Market area, the Airforce Research and Development Center, the Civil Defense Headquarters, Aviation City at M.K.O Abiola Airport are part of physical development that happened in the last 18 years the current Alayemore of Ido-Osun have been on the throne, the proposed Obalufon Alayemore Adeen University (O.A.A.U) agenda of the monarch is well on top gear which will also add to the economic values of Ido-Osun. So for anyone to say Ido-Osun is not progressing under his Majesty is not only callous, malicious but also devilish.
“Chieftaincy appointments are clearly done at the discretion of the king which he is totally entitled to and by the deliberation with other chiefs, request are met and no intending chief have been asked for #5million as being mischeviously reported, we challenge anyone with such evidence to present any.
“It’s a big lie from the pit of hell that people dying mysteriously in the town and chiefs that have died in his tenure so far either had an underlying ailment or died a natural death. We call on the security agents for the immediate arrest of one false news mongers and should face the law as enshrined in the constitution as regards Fake news.”
“We thank God for the new government in Osun state for helping stabilizing traditional institution, the last 12 years have been so challenging under some indigenous politicians by grossly abusing their political opportunities to spite the king and by extension destabilizing the kingdom, serving as a mole to our development and territorial sovereignty.”
