The Chief Judge of Imo State has directed that the period of the strike of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, 6th April to 14th June, shall not be included in the computation of time for purpose of payment of default fees.

TAKE NOTICE THEREFORE THAT THE HON. THE AG. CHIEF JUDGE, HON. JUSTICE I.O. AGUGUA HAS DIRECTED THAT THE PERIOD – 6TH APRIL, 2021 – 14TH JUNE, 2021 – SHALL BE EXCLUDED IN THE COMPUTATION OF DEFAULT FEES WHERE EVER APPLICABLE.
PLEASE CIRCULATE AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
