Buhari In Yola For Anti-Corruption Summit, Projects Commissioning

President Muhammadu Buhari is in Yola, Adamawa State capital to declare open the anti-corruption summit in the state and to commission some other projects.

The President was received on Tuesday morning by the State Governor, Bindo Jubrilla, Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi State, among others.

A crowd of supporters were also on ground at the Yola International Airport to welcome the President.

This will be the second state in the northeast which the President will be visiting in the month of February.

President Buhari before his visit to Adamawa was on a four-day private visit in his home town, Daura, Katsina state. While in Katsina, the President received Senior Citizens Forum of Katsina State and Coalition Of Daura Emirate Socio-political Association at his private residence in Daura.

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State and other members of his cabinet and other Government officials were at the airport to send farewell to the President at Katsina State.

President Buhari has since started commissioning projects in the state.
