BREAKING: Oyetola’s CPS, Adesina Resigns

 

The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Gboyega Oyetola, Mr Adeniyi Adesina has resigned.

News of his resignation filtered on Tuesday morning with unconfirmed reports indicating he resigned to return to his position as the Deputy News Editor of The Nation Newspapers.

OsunDefender gathered from government sources in Osogbo that Adesina’s resignation was “voluntary and not due to any pressure.”

Unconfirmed reports also indicate that Jamiu Olawumi, a senior editor and experienced journalist with the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation will replace Adesina as Governor Oyetola’s spokesperson.
