APC Ward Congress: Touts Disrupt Appeals Committee Sitting, Chased Petitioners Away In Osun

 

Touts suspected to be loyal to the the IleriOluwa faction of the All Progressives Congress APC in the State of Osun on Saturday, disrupted the sitting of the National Appeals Committee over the Ward Congress held a forth-night ago.

The touts, who appeared in branded fez caps with inscriptions of “Oyetola 4+4” thronged the secretariat where members of the party had waited for turns to speak to the petitions submitted.

Earlier, the Ambassador Obed Wadziani led Appeals Committee from the National Secretariat of the party had assured members of the APC in Osun of its desire to ensure fairness and equity in the hearing as well as verdict on their grievances.

Sooner that the process started than the hoodlums believed to be loyal to Governor Adegboyega Oyetola appeared attacking the party members thereby causing disruption of the sitting of the Appeals committee.
