The Governor of the state of Osun, Mr Gboyega Oyetola has been described as a blessing brought deliberately by God to ensure the state’s rapid socio-economic development.

Immediate past Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Prince Felix Awofisayo stated this while congratulating the governor on his second year in office.

According to the septugenarian, the myriads of development achieved in the short spate of two years by the Oyetola administration showed clearly that aside the Governor’s personal qualities, God has a hand in his coming to office.
Prince Awofisayo stated that the tough background of his emergence, the natural and man made challenges vis-a-vis the smoothness by which he has been governing, were only possible with God’s touch.

He pointed out that the deliberate efforts of the governor at ensuring the welfare of the people in the last two years cannot be over-emphasized, stressing that the focus on workers salary and allowances payment worth been commended.

He added that that conscious efforts of the Oyetola administration at creating wealth through various soft loans and empowerment schemes for young and old marks the governor out as a super administrator and compassionate human being.

The Governor’s efforts at infrastructure renewal has been impressive and is worth been proudly talked about.

“Of course, we should commend the governor for making health of the people a priority and like Oliver Twist ask him to do more in fulfilment of the health is wealth saying.”

He wished Governor Oyetola more accomplishments in the next two years which he prayed will earn him a second term without let or hindrance.
