Kazeem, a commercial driver of one Mitsubishi bus with Registration Number RLG 799 XA was said to have driven dangerously on the highway which resulted to Adeeyo’s death.

The defendant was also accused of driving on the highway without driver licence, insurance and road worthiness.

Account to the charge sheet obtained by OSUN DEFENDER on Wednesday, the defendant committed the offence on February 19, 2022 at about 8:30pm at Onward Junction, Osogbo.

But the accused person pleaded not guilty to a six-count charge bordering on dangerous driving and manslaughter levelled against him.
