37-Year-old Man Held For Theft

Osun State Police Command has arraigned Nasiru lsmalla, 37, before an Osogbo magistrate court over alleged theft.
The accused person was docked on a count charge bothering on stealing.
The charge sheet discloses that the accused person committed the offence on September 15, 2018 at Asubiaro area Osogbo.
The charge sheet revealed that the suspect stole one kick starter and catalyst of one Toyota Camry value N600,000, property of one Ibrahim Ismaila.
The charge sheet submitted that the offence committed was in contrary to section 390 of criminal code cap 34 vol 11 of Osun State Nigeria 2003.
The defence counsel, Lukman Adelake prayed the court to grant the accuse bail.
Presiding Magistrate Fatimoh Sodamade granted the accused person bail in the total sum of N50, 000 with one Surety in the same sum.
The court added that the surety must swear to affidavit of means and provide three years tax clearance.
The case was adjourned to November 22, 2018, for hearing.
