Youth Development Academy Unveiled in Apomu State of Osun

The wife of the Alapomu of Apomu, Olori Janet Afolabi has unveiled Youth Development Academy in Apomu, State of Osun.

The event was held at the Alapomu Palace Hall in Apomu, the headquarters of Isokan Local Government over the week.

The academy is embarking on skill acquisition training programme for about 300 youths. Olori Afolabi said the objective of the academy was to keep youths occupied and help them become self-reliant.

Osun Youths and Sports Commissioner, Yemi Lawal said young people should take advantage of the training because it was part of the major Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS), which Nigeria was set to achieve in 203
