A magistrate court sitting in Osogbo has remanded a 39-year-old man, Adegoke Fatai and a 29-year-old woman Adeleke Khadijah for committing murder.
It was revealed by the charge sheet that the suspects conspired to kill Risikat Adegoke on October 27, 2018 and thereby committing an offence contrary and punishable under section 324 criminal code.
The charge sheet further disclosed that the suspects did kill Risikat who gave up the ghost on November 15, 2018 at about 6; 30pm.
According to the charge sheet the suspect prevented Risikat to give birth to her seven months old pregnancy and thereby committing an offence contrary to and punishable under section 328 of criminal code law of Osun state Nigeria 2003.
Magistrate M.A Awodele ruled that the case should be transfer to a court of competent jurisdiction for mention on February 10, 2019.
She also orders the police to duplicate the case file and send it to the Director of Public Prosecution Office for counsel.
