Microblogging platform, Twitter has removed the inciting tweet of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
It was gathered that twitter took the action after President Muhammadu Buhari-led government suspended its operation in Nigeria.
The IPOB leader in a post on Twitter had vowed to kill any Nigerian soldier deployed to the Southeast.
Kanu in his tweet also used derogatory words to describe some government officials.
The IPOB leader on Wednesday wrote, “It’s not for the living to respond to the dead but given the lack of reasoning prevalent in the #Zoo Nigeria, I wish to assure @GarShehu (Garba Shehu), the Jihadi midget @elrufai (Nasir El-Rufai) that Fulani lapdog Femi Adesina that any army they send to #Biafraland will die there. None will return alive.”
The social media platform, on Saturday, deleted the tweet, saying it violates its rules.
