1. Again, Adeleke Declares Curfew In Ifon, Ilobu
The Osun State Government has declared another curfew in Ifon and Ilobu communities following the latest clash between the two communities.
Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi, in a statement, said Governor Ademola Adeleke the fresh curfew will last from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

2. Student Shot Dead In Osun Communal Clash
Few hours after Governor Ademola Adeleke imposed dusk- to-dawn curfew on Irepodun and Orolu local government areas, a polytechnic student has been shot dead during communal clash.
The Nation reports Adeleke imposed curfew on Ilobu and Ifon which had been at the loggerheads over land.
According to Ilobu Development Union(IDU), the student of the department of Computer Science, Westland Polytechnic Ilobu was shot dead during an attack close to the palace on Thursday afternoon.
3. NPFL: Nwachukwu Joins Shooting Stars From Osun United
Shooting Stars have completed the signing of Ephraim Nwachukwu for the second stanza of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
Nwachukwu signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with the Oluyole Warriors.
The mercurial midfielder joined from Nigeria National League, NNL, side, Osun United.
Nwachukwu is expected to be unveiled by the club next week.
