Tiger Woods’ And Ex-Girlfriend In Legal Battle

Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith are now in a serious legal war over a non- disclosure agreement she signed.

According to reports Smith now wants out of the non-disclosure agreement she signed.

At the end of their relationship, which began in 2015 and ended in 2017, Woods got Kristin to sign a non-disclosure agreement to make sure she kept her mouth shut. According to reports, Kristin believes Woods cheated on her in 2017 and that’s what ended their relationship. So, to save himself from another scandal, Woods offered Smith money to sign an NDA. It is not clear if Kristin Smith accepted the money but she now wants out of their deal and is claiming it’s not enforceable.

As a result, Woods and Smith are currently in arbitration. Smith claims Woods has threatened to release embarrassing pictures of her if she doesn’t honour the NDA. The situation has now escalated and their lawyers have become involved.

Woods has a history of cheating. His ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, divorced him after it came out he was having affairs with all sorts of women behind her back.
