Three factory workers were left dead and one in coma when a truck driving against traffic collided with a midget taxi car conveying them, including the driver.
It was gathered that the accident occurred around Ayedere Obada Oko along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway involved a Volvo truck marked AKM 489 ZY and Nissan(Micra) marked AKM 232 YQ.
The Public Relations Officer of Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Babatunde Akinbiyi, who confirmed the accident, said three persons died in the accident while one slipped into coma.
Akinbiyi said the remains of the dead were evacuated to Federal Medical Centre(FMC), Morgue Abeokuta by operatives of the Federal Road Safety Corps ( FRSC ).
He attributed the cause of the accident to driving against traffic by the truck driver.
