Senator representing Osun East district, Sen. Adenigba Francis Fadahunsi has won Osun East Senatorial ticket under the platform of PDP.
Fadahunsi defeated his closest rival, Gbenga Ongibigo to clinch the party’s ticket in a 187 to 157 keenly contested election between the two party men.
The election was yesterday called off following violence that trailed the process.
