Police Allegedly Shoots Two Protesters In Abuja

Supporters of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria took to the streets of Abuja to demand the release of their leader Sheikh El-Zakzaky who has been in military custody since December 2015 against the warnings of the police.

In recent report, members of the movement have alleged that the Police, however, opened fire on the peaceful protest, killing two people.

The reports are yet to be confirmed, as no pictures or videos of the victims have been released, and the police have not released a statement yet.
