In the last few weeks, the lingering boundary dispute between Ilobu and Ifon communities in Osun State resurfaced leading to loss of lives and property.
Although, the Osun State government on September 19 declared a dusk to dawn curfew in Orolu and Irepodun Local Government Areas where the communities are located, crisis emerged again over the last weekend leading to deaths and destruction of property worth millions of naira.
OSUN DEFENDER reports that even policemen including a Divisional Police Officer covering the area and four of his men were injured in the incident.
