Timothy Owoeye, Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, has congratulated the Governor of Osun, Ademola Adeleke on the occasion of his 63rd birthday
Owoeye described Governor Adeleke as one that God has blessed and shown favour in all spheres of life.
