Osun First Lady Tasks Well Meaning Nigerians On Humanitarian Services

The wife of the Governor State of Osun Mrs Kafayat Oyetola has charged all well meaning Nigerians to use the Eid Mubarak season to reach out to the less privileged in society through rendering of various humanitarian services that will bring smiles to the face of the masses in the society.

Mrs Oyetola gave the charge in Ile ife during an unscheduled visit to a private hospital where she paid hospital bills of two patients Mrs Oladokun Opeyemi and Mrs Ewuola Temitayo who gave birth through ceaserian surgery but unable to settle their bills.

The wife of the Governor who was accompanied by members of her NGO Ilerioluwa Development Initiative team said the Eid Mubarak period is a season of love and a time to give and share with others especially people in special conditions such as widows and orphans and other less privileged in the society.

She noted that it is a good step in the right direction for all well meaning Nigerians to ensure that they use their wealth to draw the less privileged people away from their worries and lift up their spirits by connecting with them.

Mrs Oyetola who encouraged the two beneficiaries to put their trust in God saying when all hope seems lost and help too far away, God will send help to meet the needs of His people.

The Osun First Lady also extended their hands of love to other patients in the hospital commended the management of living hope hospital Ile ife with the way and manner the management of the hospital attended to the patients without paying any deposit before treatment commence.

Mrs Oyetola used the avenue to appreciates all health workers in Nigeria for their dedication in this period Covid 19 pandemic .

She also urged all citizens of the state to continue to abide by the lay down rules of the government by observing social distancing , washing of hands regularly with the uses of sanitizer and use of Face mark always to prevent the COVID 19 pandemic.

Responding to the kind gesture the two beneficiaries Mrs Oladokun Opeyemi and Mrs Ewuola Temitayo expressed their joy for the unscheduled visit and intervention in paying their hospital bills and prayed for God blessings and success of the present administration under the leadership of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
