Ikinyinwa-Ijesa in Obokun Local Government Area of the State of Osun, has lost the traditional ruler of the town, Oba James Idowu Adeyemi Oluyide, Otafa II.
Oba Oluyide, according to a notable Chief of the Community, High Chief Adelowo Oluyide Looyin, the monarch joined his ancestors on Thursday.
The first monarch in the history of the town, to wear a beaded crown, Oba James Oluyide moved into his ultramodern palace barely three months ago.
He was said to have made tremendous impacts on the economic, physical, sociopolitical development of the town.
