Olubadan’s Remains Arrives Palace

The remains of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji, has arrived at the Popoyemoja Palace, Ibadan.

His remains was conveyed in an ambulance of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
Clerics were already at the palace for prayers.
It was gathered that he will be buried today in accordance with Islamic rites.
Oba Adetunji was aged 93.
Sympathisers have besieged the palace to mourn the monarch.
