Hon. Gbenga Ogunkanmi, the outgoing member of the Osun State House of Assembly, has been hailed as the Pillar of the Osun 7th Assembly Public Accounts Committee by Lare Oyedeji, the Bursar of Osun State College of Education.

In his congratulatory message to Honorable Olugbenga Ogunkanmi, Oyedeji praised the dynamic leadership displayed by the esteemed honorable during his tenure.
He highlighted how the Public Accounts Committee, under Ogunkanmi’s guidance, raised the bar and enhanced the reputation of the 7th Assembly in the Federation. The committee remained steadfast in the face of corruption and self-interest, diligently safeguarding public funds.

Oyedeji further emphasized that Hon. Ogunkanmi’s legacy will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to transparency, accountability, and moral values.

According to him, “Despite never having met the honorable until the submission of the ‘Auditor General report’ for investigation, Oyedeji acknowledged Ogunkanmi’s exceptional display of moral discipline, good character, and reverence for God.

“”I had never met you until the case of the so-called ‘Auditor General report’ was submitted to your good office for thorough investigation.

“You displayed uncommon virtue of moral discipline, good character, and fear of God.” he said.
