O-SACA Organises Free HIV Test

As part of Governor Gboyega Oyetola administration’s determination to prioritize healthy living for the people of Osun, the State Agency for the Control of AIDS (O-SACA), has organised HIV Test Services across the state.

This was disclosed by the Project Manager of the Agency, Dr. Akin Oyebade  through a statement by the Community Mobilization Officer, Adeyinka Adeleke

According to the release, the Free HIV Testing was held between Monday, 21st to Friday, 25th of January, 2019.

Also, as part of the programme activities, HIV Counseling, HIV education and distribution of both Male and Female Condoms were carried out.

The project manager disclosed that the exercise took place at O-SACA office, 79, Odi-olowo, Osogbo and also in all the 30 Local Government Secretariats and Area Office in the state.

He added that all LACA Managers in the state were part of the exercise and they ensured the smooth running of the exercise in their various local governments.

Dr. Oyebade commended the people of the state for taking advantage of the exercise by endeavoring to know their status.
