Nigeria Loses 2027 AFCON Bid

Nigeria’s bid to co-host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with Benin Republic has been dashed.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) made the announcement at the end of its executive committee meeting on Wednesday.
