The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has sent a congratulatory message to Super Falcons star, Asisat Oshoala who turned 24 years today (Tuesday).
Oshoala, a three time Africa women player of the year award winner was born October 9 1994 in Ikorodu, Lagos.
“Happy birthday to African Women Player of the Year and @NGSuper_Falcons forward @AsisatOshoala. Have a good one golden girl. ,” a Tweet on the official Twitter handle of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) reads.
Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo also celebrates the 2015 BBC’s African women’s footballer of the year in a Tweet on Tuesday.
“Happy birthday star girl @AsisatOshoala keep wining.. Wishing you excellence in your career ,” Omeruo tweeted.
Oshoala currently plays for Chinese Women’s Super League side, Dalian Quanjian.
She previously played for Livepool and Arsenal ladies.
