The pass of the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu, has been withdrawn by the Presidency, thereby denying her access to the Aso Villa in Abuja.
Osun Defender reports that the pass allows top government officials to gain entry to the Villa and meet with President Bola Tinubu.
The withdrawal was disclosed by a reliable source in the Presidency according to a report by Daily Trust.
The source said, “The pass of the suspended minister to Aso Villa has been collected.
“That means she can no longer access the Villa until further directive.”
Osun Defender had earlier reported that the suspended Minister was denied access to the president.
