Many Feared Dead On Ibadan/Akure Expressway

Many people were feared dead on Thursday in an accident involving two commercial buses, a car and a truck at Erin Oke area of the Osun/Akure Expressway.

According to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) Sector Commander for Osun State, Peter Oke, who confirmed the incident said FRSC operatives were at the scene of the accident.

He, however, said the number of casualties is still uncertain.

However, an eyewitness who spoke with The Guardian, said the long truck crushed two 18-seater buses and a car, leaving more than ten people dead.
