A 23 year-old man, Adebayo Ishola has been arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrate court for allegedly stealing electrical materials.
The accused person was said to have stolen three ceiling fan and electric cable wire, property of Anglican Grammar School, Osogbo.
The prosecutor, Bukola Adekunle told the court that the accused person with three others now at large committed the offences on December 8, 2017 at Anglican Grammar School Kolabalogun Area.
The charge sheet revealed that the offences are contrary to and punishable under sections 516 and 390 of the state criminal law 2003.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge preferred against him.
The defence counsel, Mr. Okobe Najite prayed the court to grant him bail in the most liberal term.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. Mary Awodele granted the accused bail in the sum of N10,000 with two sureties in the same sum.
She adjourned the case till January 26, 2018 for hearing.
