The Oyo State House of Assembly has received nine additional commissioner nominees from Governor Seyi Makinde.
The names of the commissioner nominees sent by Governor Makinde was read at Friday’s plenary presided over by the deputy speaker, Hon. Abiodun Fadeyi.
The nominees are Barr. Olasunkanmi Olaleye, Abiodun Akinponmo, Segun Olayiwola and Wasiu Olatunbosun.
Others are Prof. Abdulwahid Saliu, Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola, Williams Akin- Funmilayo, Prince Dotun Oyelade and Obafemi Ademola Ojo.
The Deputy Speaker, Hon. Abiodun Fadeyi who presided over the plenary said the nominees are to submit 50 copies of their CV to the clerk of the house and clearance certificate from the Code of Coduct Bureau for former commissioners in the state.
The nominees will be screened on Tuesday, 25th July, 2023.
