The Lagos State Government has partnered Balmoral Group, an events solutions company in West Africa, to build a football viewing village at the Eko Atlantic City.
The Russia 2018 World Cup starts on June 14.
In a statement on Wednesday, Balmoral Group said the football village would be a state-of-the-art viewing center that will run throughout the duration of the World Cup.
It said the scope of the village would be beyond football as it would extend to all aspects of life to bring together all lovers and fans of football. It said the viewing village would have viewing screens that would project all 64 matches every day of the tournament, adding that there would be food, music, drinks and entertainment to keep the fans going.
