Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo has bought the nomination and expression of interest forms of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
It was gathered that the forms were picked on his behalf on Thursday by senator Kabiru Gaya, one of the leaders of his campaign organisation.
Osinbajo joined the presidential race last month after months of speculation. In his declaration speech, he said he would continue from where president Muhammadu Buhari stops if elected president.
He has been going round the country to woo delegates ahead of the primaries which will hold at the end of this month.
The APC has extended the form sale by four days.
