Ilesa North East LCDA Grades Roads

Management of Ilesa North East Local Council Development under the chairmanship of Hon Oladipo Adeniyi has embarked on massive grading of roads across the council area.

The project, according to the council chairman, was in compliance with the directive of the state Governor, Mr Gboyega Oyetola to the local government management to embark on grading and rehabilitation of roads in their various councils.  

Some of the graded roads are Igbaye Jalad, CAC lane through Ifosan, among many other roads which require attention.

The council chairman, who reiterated the commitment of his administration to further bring dividend of democracy to the grassroot said, all efforts would be made to carry people along in the council’s developmental programmes.

According to him, the grading and rehabilitation exercise was just one out of many developmental programmes of the council management that have been embarked upon.

He said while the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led state government is working very hard to ensure that the people of the state get the best in all sectors of governance, his administration would complement the efforts.

He then charged the people of the council to support the government both at the state and local level interms of payment of all levies and fees, with a view to ensuring that the government gets enough fund to implement people-oriented programmes and projects.

The council chairman also charged the people of the council to vote for all candidates of the APC in the forthcoming presidential and legislative election, with a view to guaranteeing the consolidation of the ongoing development across the country.
