  • Yusuf Oketola

Donald Trump Jr, son of former US President Donald Trump, has suffered a hack on his X account.

On Wednesday morning, a tweet from the younger Trump’s account pronounced the former president dead.

Former US President, Donald Trump

“I’m sad to announce, my father Donald Trump has passed away. I will be running for president in 2024,” the now-deleted tweet reads.

A series of offensive, expletive-laden tweets were also seen on the accounts, including one that said: “North Korea is about to get smoked”.

The tweet

Another said the former president’s son had “some interesting messages with Jeffrey Epstein”.

Although Trump is yet to publicly address the development, all the questionable tweets have now been deleted.
