Gunmen Abduct Head Hunter, One Other In Osun

Barely 24 hours after abduction of
two officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps abducted along Ilesha /Akure Expressway on Sunday, two persons were on Monday kidnapped in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State by unknown gunmen .

Though the circumstances surrounding their abduction could not be immediately ascertained , it was learnt that the victims were travelling between Esa Odo and Ilare , both in Obokun LGA when they were abducted by some gunmen .

The victims , Amusa Olaleye Dunsin , said to be the chief hunter for Ibokun town , a lady simply identified as Tayo and three others were said to be heading towards Ilare from Esa Odo, when their vehicle was stopped by the abductors .

While Dunsin and the lady were abducted, three other passengers escaped .

Contacted , the lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency, Hon Olatunbosun Oyinloye , confirmed the incident and called for measures to immediately end the rising insecurity in the area .
