The Kwara Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, who had recently defected to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) revealed on Saturday he had picked a form to run for Kwara South Senatorial District seat.
Ahmed, who announced this via his Twitter handle, @abdulfataahmed, said he had picked the Peoples Democratic Party nomination form for the senatorial primary election.
Ahmed shared photos of his nomination form and tweeted: “In response to calls by my people and in keeping with my strong desire to upscale the excellent work we have done in all three zones of the state, through effective, purposeful representation, I have picked up the PDP nomination form for Kwara South Senatorial District.”
