EPL: Liverpool, Chelsea Make Champions League, Leicester Drops To Europa

There was plenty of excitement as the battle for the English Premier League top four ended with drama.

10-man Chelsea were by Aston Villa 2 – 1, while Tottenham defeated Leicester City 4 goals to 2.

By that result, Chelsea managed to squeeze into the Champions League finishing with 67 points, just one point above Leicester City at 66. Leicester has now dropped into the Europa League group stage and will be joined by West Ham United who finished in the sixth position.

Liverpool on the other hand defeated Crystal Palace 2 goals to nil to clinch third place.

Tottenham, courtesy of the win over Leicester will also play in the Europa Conference League next season.
