All Progressives Congress, State of Osun chapter has charged the people of the state to be an envoy of peace, loyalty and unity as they celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
In a goodwill message signed by the party’s director of publicity, Mr. Kunle Oyatomi, admonished the people of Osun to renew sustained prayers for peace, unity and stability in the state, as well reject evil people who may be plotting to bring back anarchy in the state.
According to the statement “As a party we want to admonished Osun State citizens to renew their commitment to peace, unity and loyalty which are the qualities consistent with any community that wishes to sustain progress and development.
“It is also the duty not only of Muslims but everyone as well, to help the helpless and be generous to our fellow men and women who are less privileged.
“Similarly, the state of Osun worked and prayed for peace and progress which greedy politicians could not give them between 2007 and 2010. However in the last seven years, that peace and progress has been secured, but some evil people are again plotting to bring back anarchy.
The statement also reiterated that, the people must be vigilant and committed to unity and peace.
