Nigerian Disc Jockey, Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, was robbed on the streets of Soho, London on Saturday.
The Nigerian DJ, via the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter), told her millions of followers that her phone, an iPhone 14 Pro Max, was snatched from her hands abruptly.
She said, “They thief my iPhone 14 Max Pro from my hand in Soho.”
In another post, Cuppy suggested that celebrities in her shoes would’ve gotten a replacement from their fans. She wrote, “So, am I allowed to ask my cupcakes to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max? Am just asking if I can ask. I swear I’ve seen my mates in Naija receive cars from their fans.”
