A private plastic making factory based in Osogbo, capital of the state of Osun, Dipson Plastics has donated five million naira to the state food and relief committee to help fight the raging Coronavirus pandemic.
In a letter signed on behalf of the company by Oladipo Bakare, the company noted the gesture is part of its corporate social responsibility to the state.
Dispson Plastics pledged to also support government’s efforts in providing palliatives like foodstuffs and medical protective wears to members of the public to cushioning the effect of the lockdown.
The company also lauded efforts of the State Government of Osun in battling the pandemic so far stressing the need for all stakeholders to aggregate concerted efforts in containing the spread of the novel virus.
