An Osun State Magistrate court II sitting in Ile Ife on Monday remanded Muri Adeoye (27), Sonibare Rasheed (26)
and Adeniji Hammed (24) for allegedly stealing 5 motorcycles.
The accused persons who are of no fixed address are standing on three count-charge of stealing.
The Police Prosecutor, Sgt Sunday Osanyetuyi told the court that the accused persons committed the offence on 4th April, 2015 at about 10am at Ilare street in Ile Ife.
He alleged that the accused persons stole 5 motorcycles belonging to one Owojori Kola.
Osanyetuyi said that the offence contravened section 390(9) of the criminal code, law of Osun 2012.
When the three count charges were read to the accused persons, they pleaded not guilty.
The Magistrate, Mr Olamilekan Ijiyode ordered the accused persons to be remanded in Ile prison.
He however adjourned the case to 14th February, 2018 for hearing.
