Birthday Celebration: Davido’s Aide, Isreal DMW Recounts Ordeal In Hands Of Kidnappers

Davido’s logistics manager, Israel Afeare, better known as Israel DMW, has recounted his experience in the hands of kidnappers in 2001.

Isreal stated this via his Instagram page on Wednesday while celebrating his birthday.

He said, he and three other people were kidnapped after boarding a vehicle heading to Ibadan from Lagos.

He said their abductors took them to a thick forest, but he was fortunately released and given transportation fare to leave.

He wrote, “Four of us were kidnapped for rituals in 2001, on our way from Lagos to Ibadan, after entering a vehicle.

“They took us to a very thick forest. I was the only one allowed to go, saying I was a very bad market. They gave me N200 to add to the already 40 naira with me for transportation. I just give glory to God Almighty.”
